I wonder what else doesn't work right after waking up from sleep that I haven't noticed. If its only asleep for a few minutes there is no problem (or so it seems) but if its asleep for an hour or more then issues arise. The lights wouldn't come back on either after waking from sleep. I wish Alienware would get their s*** together, they have already replaced one laptop for me due to issues they had no idea how to fix. It's strange the sleep settings on my 15 inch R2 seem fine so far, I am wondering if the bios is different due to the overclockable CPU on my 17 in R3.

My 2016 M15 R2 goes to sleep and there are no issues with the bluetooth, it does NOT have the 4.1 ghz processor with the overclock feature, however. Does anyone have any advice or has anyone heard anything about this issue? It seems like it would be fairly common. I plan on calling Alienware tech support in the morning but in the past they have been consistently useless in matters like this so I imagine I will be wasting my time. It stays off until I reboot the laptop by shutting it down completely then restarting it. The icon disappears from the notification tray, from the 'settings' menu and from the control panel. Now I just realized (after purchasing the SteelSeries XL bluetooth controller and turning on my bluetooth for the first time) that when Windows 10 puts my 2016 M17 R3 to sleep it also messes up my bluetooth, turning it off.

I posted a while back because I was having an issue with my overclocking being turned off when my laptop sleeps, apparently there was no good fix for this other than turning off the sleep setting or restarting my laptop each time it goes to sleep.
